XFactr .AI is looking for a skilled OutSystems Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering digital solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

- Build scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications.

- Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems, APIs, and databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and backend developers.

- Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and coding best practices.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications to support evolving business requirements.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.

Requirements

- OutSystems Experience: 4+ years of experience in application development with OutSystems platform.

- Service Studio Integration Studio:



Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.

- APIs Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.

- Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary web technologies.

- Database SQL: Understanding of database design and SQL.

- Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Agile Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

Good to Have

- OutSystems Associate or Professional Certification.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale application development.
