? Salary: ₹25,000/month + Incentives

? Travel: Regular field travel across Delhi NCR

We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to build and develop recent business opportunities across the automotive and architectural glass market.

This is a hands-on B2B field sales role involving cold outreach, client meetings, lead generation, and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach automotive fleet operators, body builders, builders, contractors, façade consultants, and other glass buyers
- Conduct regular door-to-door and telephonic prospecting
- Generate and qualify leads based on budget, volume, timeline, and decision-maker access
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and develop warm leads for the closing team




- Gather and report market insights, competitor information, and customer requirements

Key Requirements:

- Sales experience in glass, building materials, auto components, or B2B industrial sales
- Basic knowledge of glass products, including float glass, lamination, toughening, thicknesses, and applications
- Comfortable with cold calling and field-based prospecting
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle for field travel
- Good communication skills in Hindi and working English
- Self-driven and comfortable building a sales pipeline from scratch
