Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Outlet Incharge & Captain professionals to manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensure excellent guest service, maintain operational standards, and support the team in achieving sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the QSR/restaurant outlet.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet as per SOPs.
- Supervise service, kitchen coordination, billing and overall customer experience.
- Allocate duties and monitor performance of team members.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution.
- Ensure proper POS/billing procedures and cash handling.
- Monitor daily sales, operational expenses and outlet targets.
- Support the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in achieving business objectives.
- Conduct team briefings and provide on-job guidance to staff.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and workplace safety standards.




- Maintain outlet presentation and ensure proper grooming of all staff.
- Prepare/maintain daily operational reports as required.
- Assist in staff training, attendance and manpower planning.

Candidate Profile

Outlet Incharge:

Candidates with Hotel Management/Hospitality background and experience handling complete outlet operations, team management, customer service and sales.

Captain:

Candidates with Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification and experience in restaurant/QSR service, guest handling, order coordination and team supervision.
