Role Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert for Pricing and Billing solutions in the Corporate Banking domain. Lead solution architecture, drive customer alignment, and oversee delivery of complex business and system processes in the Cash Management and Payments space.

What Youll Do

- Act as SME in Pricing and Billing solutions within Corporate Banking
- Provide industry insight and thought leadership for banking projects
- Lead customer engagement for solution alignment and ensure buy-in for True Cloud Methodology (TCM)
- Guide or capture business requirements from a product context (business analysis)
- Serve as onsite single point of contact to oversee project goals and ensure delivery standards
- Manage day-to-day delivery, liaising with PM, Configuration Lead, and Development Lead
- Direct team to achieve strategic and operational objectives in Banking and Financial Services vertical
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve service delivery




- Travel as required for customer opportunities or analysis phase

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 15+ years experience in financial services banking, with focus on Corporate Banking (Cash Management and Payments)
- Prior experience in Pricing and Billing solution sales and/or lead solution architect role in Finance/Banking domain
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as SME in Pricing and Billing
- Ability to provide industry insight and govern solutions
- Experience in driving customer buy-in for product solutions (TCM approach)
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory events affecting pricing and billing in BFSI
- Ability to capture or guide customer business requirements from product context
- Proven experience in overseeing delivery and achieving service level obligations

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in test life cycle
