Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a related role
- Understanding of order processing procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with order management systems and inventory management




- Proficiency in data entry and order management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments
- Ability to resolve issues and provide excellent customer support
- Experience with 2020 Insight is a plus
- Experience in the cabinetry or construction industry preferred
- Experience with advanced order management systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct, complete, and aligned with customer specifications
- Create plan order lists based on approved shop drawings and list all cabinets and miscellaneous pieces required for specific unit types in both as-shown and reverse formats
- Review field measurements provided by the template team to determine whether cabinet modifications are required
- Attend customer onboarding meetings with internal personnel to support successful projects and communities
- Create address-specific orders for production and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with account coordinators and designers to gather the documents and information required for successful home cabinetry orders




- Verify millwork and enter SKUs, colors, and addresses into manufacturing software based on designs
- Create service orders for replacements
