Job Title: Senior Finance Executive – Order to Cash

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional with 3.5 years of experience in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. The candidate will be responsible for accounts receivable, cash application, customer account management, collections, reconciliations, and resolving customer-related financial queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) activities.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
- Process and monitor customer invoices.
- Handle cash application and payment allocation.
- Perform customer account reconciliation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections activities.
- Resolve customer billing and payment-related queries.
- Manage credit/debit notes and account adjustments.
- Prepare AR aging and collection reports.




- Support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate customer account records and timely reporting.

Required Skills:

- 3.5 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of AR and cash application.
- Experience in customer reconciliation and collections.
- Knowledge of invoice and payment processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Robust communication and analytical skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Experience: 3.5 Years

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
