- Experience in customer order management process Order creation, PO processing, Handling Customer queries, Exposure to SAP and Zendesk Can independently handle customer inquiries through Phone or emails
- Good understanding of end to end customer management process
- Should be adaptable with Work in US shift
- Expertise on Supply Chain processes with a good level of understanding on Order Management
- Should be willing to work as per Business requirement
