Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (Fresher) – Kaamat Dental Clinic

Kaamat Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and dedicated Fresher Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMFS) to join our growing dental team at ADONI . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a newly qualified OMFS surgeon who wants to develop clinical experience, strengthen surgical skills, and build a long-term career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

About the Role The selected candidate will work as part of our dental and surgical team and will be involved in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of appropriate oral and maxillofacial cases within their qualification and clinical competence.

This opportunity is suitable for a fresher who is looking to gain practical clinical exposure while working in a professional dental healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients presenting with oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Conduct appropriate clinical examinations and assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Perform oral surgical procedures within the scope of qualification, training, and clinical competence.
- Manage appropriate minor oral surgical cases and provide suitable post-operative care.
- Assess patients requiring surgical intervention and coordinate treatment when necessary.
- Explain procedures, treatment plans, risks, and post-operative instructions clearly to patients.
- Conduct follow-up examinations and monitor patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
- Follow appropriate sterilization, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.
- Coordinate with dentists and other dental specialists for multidisciplinary patient care.




- Maintain professional communication and a patient-centred approach.

Candidate Requirements
- Fresher / newly qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as applicable to the position.
- Good clinical knowledge of oral surgery and maxillofacial conditions.
- Strong communication and patient-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop surgical and clinical skills.
- Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dental healthcare team.
