Role & responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Finance & Procurement modules.

- Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing and P2P processes.

- Handle incidents, service requests, RCA, and SLA-driven production support.

- Troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations.

- Support month-end/year-end close activities and financial reconciliations.

- Gather requirements and support minor enhancements, SIT/UAT, testing and deployment.

- Coordinate with business users, technical teams and vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP.

- Strong Oracle Finance + Procurement techno-functional experience.

- Good understanding of P2P and R2R processes.

- Solid SQL/PLSQL skills.

- Experience in AMS/Production Support, L2/L3, Incident & Problem Management.

- Experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy is preferred.

- Exposure to Oracle integrations/OIC, BI Publisher, Reports and Workflows is a plus.
