Oracle Fusion SCM functional consultant for L2/L3 production support across Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management—RICEW delivery, quarterly release testing, and Procure-to-Pay depth.

Roles & responsibilities

- Production support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident resolution for Purchasing, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal
- RICEW: build and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows
- Data and integration: FBDI/ADFDI data migration and validation; REST/SOAP integrations (OIC preferred)
- Reporting: create dashboards and reports using BI Publisher and OTBI
- Functional configuration: update Supplier Portal and Purchasing setups, including Redwood page customizations
- Business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and end-user support

Required skills & stack

- Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM: Purchasing, Inventory, OM, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Supplier Portal
- Solid SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher (XML/RTF templates),



and OTBI skills
- FBDI, ADFDI, and REST/SOAP APIs; Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience preferred
- 8+ years total experience with 3–4+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement / P2P
- Consulting skills: P2P functional knowledge, client communication, and support discipline
