Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Lead with 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM, including strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing.

The role will work closely with business and Supply Chain leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions and lead end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional design, configuration, enhancements, and production support.
- Provide functional expertise across Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, MRP/Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Logistics, and Fulfillment.
- Support PDH, NPI/NIR, and related Supply Chain processes.
- Translate business requirements into effective solution designs and communicate recommendations, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Partner with business and Supply Chain leadership to understand processes, identify gaps, and drive process improvements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery covering requirements, design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, training, documentation, and production support.
- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly upgrades and ensure system stability.
- Support SOX, audit, compliance, segregation of duties, inventory controls, costing, and period-close activities.
- Utilize OTBI/BIP and Oracle Fusion SCM data for reporting, analysis,



and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with technical and integration teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
- Drive automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and reduction of recurring production issues.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM experience.
- Strong functional knowledge across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Fulfillment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, UAT, production support, and quarterly upgrades.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM data models, integrations, OTBI/BIP, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with senior Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
- Strong process optimization and business-outcome mindset.
- Experience working in SOX, audit, or compliance-controlled environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business environment.
- Flexibility to work until midnight IST when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with NPI/NIR and Supply Chain transformation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion integration technologies and architecture.
