Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and related risk, compliance, tax, and access-control modules. The candidate will be responsible for functional implementation, configuration, support, requirement analysis, testing, and issue resolution across Oracle Fusion Financial applications

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
- Analyze functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and prepare user documentation.
- Ensure solutions comply with financial controls, audit requirements, and organizational policies.

Required Functional Skills

1. Lease Accounting

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting.
- Experience with lease creation, modifications, payments, amortization, and accounting.
- Knowledge of lease-related accounting processes and reporting.
- Experience in integration with General Ledger and other financial modules.

2. Fusion Tax

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Tax configuration and support.
- Knowledge of tax determination, tax regimes, tax rules, tax rates, and applicability.
- Experience in handling tax-related requirements and resolving tax configuration issues.
- Understanding of statutory and compliance-related tax requirements.

3. Expense Management





- Experience with Oracle Fusion Expense Management.
- Configuration and support of expense policies, expense reports, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Knowledge of employee expense processing and integration with payables/general ledger.
- Experience in troubleshooting expense-related issues.

4. Receivables Management

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Receivables.
- Experience with customer setup, invoicing, receipts, adjustments, credit memos, and collections.
- Understanding of accounts receivable accounting and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of receivables integration with General Ledger and other modules.

5. Financial Risk & Compliance

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion capabilities related to financial risk management and compliance.
- Experience supporting financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance processes.
- Ability to identify control gaps and recommend functional solutions.
- Knowledge of segregation of duties and financial process controls.

6. Advanced Financial Controls

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Financial Controls.
- Knowledge of financial transaction monitoring and control mechanisms.
- Experience identifying potential financial control violations and risks.
- Ability to configure and analyze controls based on business requirements.

7. Advanced Access Controls

- Experience with Oracle Advanced Access Controls.




- Strong understanding of role-based access, user access, and segregation of duties.
- Experience identifying and mitigating access-related risks.
- Knowledge of access certification, role analysis, and compliance requirements.

Additional Skills

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials architecture and business processes.
- Good knowledge of general ledger, payables, receivables, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Valuable documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation/support projects.
- Experience working with global finance processes and multinational organizations

Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
