About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions for enterprise clients. The consultant will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver robust consolidation, close, and reporting capabilities within the Oracle EPM Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle FCCS solutions including consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation.
- Gather business requirements from finance teams and translate them into FCCS system configurations and reporting structures.
- Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data forms using Oracle EPM Cloud reporting tools (FR Studio, Smart View, Management Reporting).
- Manage data integration between FCCS and source ERP systems using EPM Cloud Data Management / Data Integration tools.
- Support month-end close processes, troubleshoot consolidation issues, and ensure data accuracy across the FCCS application.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions,



and provide ongoing functional support to end users.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, patches, and upgrades to the FCCS environment.

Requirements

- 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion FCCS.
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and currency translation.
- Experience with EPM Cloud Data Management/Data Integration for data loads from ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or others).
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Smart View, FR Studio, and Management Reporting.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting full-cycle FCCS implementations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with finance stakeholders.
- Oracle EPM/FCCS certification is a plus.
