Role Description The Oracle EPM Consultant is a full time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Enterprise Project Management solutions to support key business processes. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business workflows, and optimize end-to-end processes, particularly in areas such as order management and enterprise planning.

Daily responsibilities include solution configuration, documentation, testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, identification of process improvement opportunities, and alignment of Oracle applications with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Enterprise Project Management (EPM), with experience implementing or supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Applications and related modules, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot systems effectively.
- Knowledge of Order Management processes and integration with broader enterprise systems.
- Consulting skills including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution presentation.
- Ability to analyze and optimize Business Processes, translating operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business,



or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise software implementation life cycles, including testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to automation, data analytics, or cloud-based Oracle solutions is an advantage.

Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and work with L3 team for implementing the fix.
- Troubleshoot data load failures, reconciliation issues, consolidation errors, and reporting failures.
- Support security, user provisioning, workflow, and approval process issues.
- Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.

Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
