Role Summary

Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Banking applications across implementation, testing, and production environments. Responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving application, integration, and database-related issues.

What Youll Do

- Analyse application logs, database issues, services, interfaces, batch processes, and environment failures
- Reproduce technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify corrective options
- Use SQL diagnostics, service traces, and application logs to investigate data and processing issues
- Support release, patch, and approved-fix deployments, including pre-checks, validation, and rollback readiness
- Monitor application, database, and interface processing; support performance or capacity analysis
- Coordinate with functional, development, DBA, infrastructure,



and Product Engineering teams
- Support SIT, UAT, production incidents, and post-deployment stabilization

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on technical support experience in at least one Oracle Banking product
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux, WebLogic, Java-log, and API troubleshooting capabilities
- Understanding of application deployment, batch processing, interfaces, and database diagnostics
- Experience in incident management, root-cause analysis, and production-support coordination

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Exposure to monitoring, performance diagnostics, or high-availability environments
- Experience with any of OBCL, OBPM, OBTF, FCUBS, OBELCM, or Oracle Banking Process Management components
