Role Summary

Translate banking business processes into Oracle Banking Process Management workflows and functional configurations. Integrate these workflows with relevant Oracle Banking products and support process validation and stabilization.

What Youll Do

- Conduct workshops to understand customer operating processes, user journeys, controls, and exception scenarios
- Map business requirements into process stages, tasks, queues, roles, routing rules, SLAs, and maker-checker controls
- Define functional process configurations, business rules, status transitions, exception handling, and operational dashboards
- Document process flows, functional specifications, user-role matrices, and configuration requirements
- Coordinate functional integration with underlying Trade Finance, Lending, Credit, Payments, or Core Banking products
- Prepare functional test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, process validation, training, and production stabilization




- Analyze workflow exceptions and user issues coordinate resolution with technical and product teams

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on functional experience with an Oracle Banking Process Management component
- Strong understanding of workflow, business-process management, user roles, queues, SLAs, and approval controls
- Functional knowledge in at least one underlying banking domain such as Trade Finance, Lending, Credit, or Payments
- Ability to prepare process maps, functional specifications, and end-to-end test scenarios
- Good stakeholder-management skills and experience working with business users and implementation teams

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in Oracle Banking Corporate Lending (OBCL), Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM), Oracle Banking Trade Finance (OBTF), FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS), or Oracle Banking Enterprise Limits and Collateral Management (OBELCM)
- Experience in related Oracle Banking products
