Job Title: Oracle Fusion ICM Analyst

Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)

Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid 3 days per week in the office

We are looking for an ambitious Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM) Analyst to join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for someone with Oracle Fusion ICM experience who is ready to take the next step towards becoming a Consultant.

Initially, the role will focus on supporting the delivery of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation projects and managed services engagements through configuration, testing, analysis and documentation activities. As your knowledge, confidence and consulting skills develop, you will progressively gain exposure to client-facing activities, workshops and solution discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM) solutions.
- Analyse business requirements and assist senior consultants in translating these into system solutions.
- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion ICM, including:
- Compensation plans and plan components
- Measures, expressions and calculation formulas
- Rate tables, rate dimensions and incentive rules
- Crediting rules and credit categories
- Participant assignments and plan eligibility
- Commission and bonus calculations
- Payment and payment recovery processes
- Quota, target and attainment calculations
- Transaction processing and adjustments
- Produce and maintain functional specifications,



configuration documentation and process documentation.
- Support testing activities, including system testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Investigate and resolve configuration and calculation issues, working closely with senior consultants and technical teams.
- Participate in internal solution discussions and project planning activities.
- Build a strong understanding of consulting methodologies, Oracle best practice and client delivery processes.
- Develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills in preparation for future consultant responsibilities.
- Collaborate with wider Oracle Fusion functional and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM).
- Experience configuring Oracle Fusion ICM in either implementation or support environments.
- Understanding of incentive compensation concepts including plans, measures, rules, calculations, crediting and payments.
- Experience supporting testing and validation activities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Experience creating clear documentation and process guides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Desire to develop into a client-facing Oracle Consultant role.




- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team environment.

Desirable

- Experience with other Oracle Fusion applications, particularly Sales, HCM or Financials.
- Understanding of integrations involving Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.
- Experience working within a consulting, systems integration or professional services environment.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement or support projects.
- Experience participating in workshops, requirements gathering, or stakeholder discussions.
