We are hiring: OPT Recruiter

Trinite Consulting is looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in OPT/STEM OPT recruitment and US IT staffing.

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Jayabheri Silicon Towers, Kondapur, Hyderabad

Landmark: Beside Google Office

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: US Night Shift

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit OPT/STEM OPT IT candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong OPT candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements.
- Identify suitable US IT opportunities for candidates.
- Market and submit candidate profiles to vendors/clients.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Build strong candidate and vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
- Drive candidates through interview, offer and placement stages.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills




- 2+ years of experience in OPT / STEM OPT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with candidate marketing and submissions.
- Knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, EAD and other US work authorizations.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of technical IT roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
