Job Summary

Web India Branding & Marketing Private Limited is looking for a technically strong and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and streamline daily operations across Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, Graphic Designing, Video Editing, and QA departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of digital services, excellent team management skills, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily operations across all departments and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, Designing, Video Editing, and QA teams.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, branding, and graphic design.
- Monitor project progress, task allocation, deadlines, and team productivity using Zoho Projects and other management tools.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth project execution.
- Review project quality, identify operational issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Establish and improve SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and internal processes.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and departmental KPIs.




- Conduct regular departmental meetings and prepare operational performance reports for management.
- Identify bottlenecks, improve resource utilization, and ensure client commitments are fulfilled.
- Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a digital marketing or IT services company.
- Strong technical knowledge of website development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and creative services.
- Valuable understanding of website project workflows, hosting, domains, and website maintenance.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and digital campaign execution.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects and Hubstaff.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments, teams, and projects simultaneously.

What We Expect A proactive and technically capable professional who can take ownership of daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, maintain quality standards, and continuously improve departmental performance. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
