Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across interior projects and furniture manufacturing to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes managing project workflows, coordinating design, production, and installation teams, and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost control.

The Operations

Manager will monitor resource allocation, track schedules and budgets, and implement operational standards to maintain consistent quality.

Responsibilities also include vendor and contractor coordination, inventory and logistics management, and resolving operational issues to support a smooth client experience.



The role will work closely with leadership to refine procedures, support continuous improvement, and ensure projects meet client expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Experience in project management for interior design, construction, furniture manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Vendor and contractor management skills, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
- Effective leadership and team coordination abilities, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with using digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting; familiarity with design or project software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, engineering, interior design, or a related discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in an interior design firm, architectural practice, or furniture manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
