: Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to own the client-facing and candidate-facing side of our

German language training business. You will bring in and engage clients, present webinars and seminars,

support pre-sales, and manage every candidate's journey from enrollment through learning, interview preparation, and placement.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and prospective learners.
- Plan, host, and present webinars and seminars to generate leads and convert enquiries.
- Support the pre-sales process: counselling, course explanation, follow-ups, and enrollment closure.
- Manage enrollment: onboarding, documentation, level assessment, and batch allocation.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS): batches, schedules, attendance, mock tests, and progress reports, in coordination with trainers.
- Organize mock interviews and fluency tests, and track candidate readiness.
- Drive placement:



connect candidates with employers and partners, and support them until placement.
- Coordinate trainers, counsellors, and support staff so every batch runs smoothly.
- Track enrollment, completion, exam-result, and placement metrics, and report to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in operations, client management, or business development, preferably in education, training, or edtech.
- Experience presenting webinars, seminars, or workshops to groups.
- Hands-on experience with pre-sales or admissions and with managing an LMS or similar platform.
- Experience coordinating candidate placement or working with employers and hiring partners.
- Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
