About Vanojay

Vanojay Retail Private Limited is a rapid-growing e-commerce company from Kolhapur, Maharashtra (founded 2021). We sell toys, balloons and party products online under our brands Flyloons, Mystic Toy Store and Vail Creations, across Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and JioMart, supplying 700+ warehouses across 23 states.

Role purpose: Run daily fulfilment so every order and PO ships right and on time.

What you will do

Own the daily dispatch plan: Amazon FBA / Seller Flex, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart

Lead operations executives and e-commerce assistants; set shifts and roster

Inventory accuracy: cycle counts, stock locations, reconciliation

Carrier management: Shiprocket, Safexpress, Blue Dart (pickups, appointments, claims)

Replenishment and shipment planning with the Vendor Manager

Write SOPs for every operations task; train and audit adherence

Daily MIS: orders, dispatches, intransits, exceptions





Control cost per order, returns and RTO

What you bring

4-10 years in e-commerce fulfilment / warehouse operations (minimum 4 years)

Team leadership, Excel / MIS, carrier coordination

Good to have: Amazon FBA and quick-commerce inbound, warehouse layout, process automation

Graduate; supply chain / operations preferred

Salary: Rs 35,000 - Rs 50,000 per month (CTC, based on experience)

Location: Kolhapur office (Sarnobatwadi) and warehouses. On-site, full-time, 8 hrs/day, 1 weekly off.
