About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage end-to-end D2C/E-commerce operations, including warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch, logistics, returns, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily D2C/E-commerce operations and Order-to-Dispatch process.
- Handle Unicommerce for orders, inventory, SKUs, returns, cancellations, and dispatch.
- Oversee warehouse operations including picking, packing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Manage RTO, NDR, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and dispatch TAT.
- Lead and manage warehouse, packaging, dispatch, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Vendors, and Logistics partners.
- Prepare MIS, operational reports, and KPI dashboards.




- Implement SOPs, resolve operational issues, and drive cost and process optimization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant Operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is mandatory.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Beauty, or Skincare preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, logistics, RTO/NDR, returns, and dispatch operations.
- Strong team management, leadership, Excel/MIS, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
