Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in operations processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Procurement Operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Robust understanding of Inventory Management, Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
