We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Manager to independently manage the company's day-to-day office operations, administration, vendors, logistics, documentation, payments, collections, travel, and team coordination. The candidate should have solid follow-up skills, be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, and take complete ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to closure.
Key Resposibility
- Vendor and purchase management
- Logistics, dispatch, and delivery
- PI, PO, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, etc.
- Customer payment and collection follow-ups
- Vendor payment coordination
- Process and workflow management
- Team supervision and task allocation
- Customer/vendor coordination and follow-ups
- MIS, reporting, and operational tracking
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time and from start to closure
