Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to develop and implement current processes and strategies, improve operational efficiency, manage supply chain and manpower, control costs, and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement new operational processes, SOPs, and strategies to improve efficiency.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the complete supply chain process, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and delivery.
- Monitor and optimize delivery and logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements, allocation, productivity, and performance.
- Develop systems and processes for better resource utilization and cost control.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify deviations, and take corrective actions.
- Drive technology/process upgrades and automation wherever required.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage, delays, and unnecessary operational costs.
- Manage and improve vendor and supplier performance.
- Develop operational reports and present insights and improvement plans to management.




- Support business expansion by creating scalable processes and operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage the operations team and ensure accountability for targets and deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong operations and process-management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing new processes and strategies.
- Robust understanding of supply chain, logistics, procurement, and cost management.
- Excellent manpower planning and team-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in automotive, automobile service, detailing, retail, franchise, logistics, or multi-location operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
