Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage Air Export & Import Operations at our Hyderabad branch, ensuring smooth shipment execution, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Air Export & Import Operations for the Hyderabad branch.
- Lead and monitor the operations team and ensure timely shipment execution.
- Ensure proper documentation, booking, AWB, customs coordination, billing, and job closure.




- Air transit warehouse inventory management & Stocks
- Maintain and monitor all shipment activities in Logisys.
- Track operational locks, pending costs, vendor invoices, billing, and job closure in Logisys.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, TATs, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with airlines, GHA, CHA/customs brokers, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with Sales, Pricing, and Finance teams.
- Monitor operational costs, claims, service issues, and loss-making shipments.
- Prepare branch-level operational MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with IATA, DG, GDP ,Customs, and applicable regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- 8–12 years of experience in Air Freight/Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Strong experience in Air Export & Import.
- Prior experience managing an operations team.
- Hands-on experience with Logisys is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airline, customs, documentation, and freight-forwarding processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- IATA/DG knowledge will be an added advantage.
