Role Description The Operations Manager role at Famous Power is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day plant and project operations, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring resource utilization, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and supporting project execution across renewable and grid infrastructure solutions. The role involves tracking performance metrics, driving process improvements, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager will also collaborate closely with leadership on planning, risk management, and continuous optimization of operational workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong operations and project management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in process improvement and quality management, with the ability to implement SOPs and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.

- Relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications in operations or project management are an advantage.
