OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Position

Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Experience

1–2 years of experience preferred

Candidates with experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or Coordination will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operations and logistics activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams.
- Follow up on purchase orders, shipments and deliveries.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate transportation and shipment-related activities.
- Maintain logistics, purchase and delivery documentation.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers regarding product availability and dispatch.
- Communicate with customers regarding order and delivery updates.
- Assist with sourcing and procurement activities when required.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Excel.




- Identify delays or operational issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Support the management team in daily operational activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics, operations and supply chain processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
