Operations Manager

Location: Kochi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate work between clients and the internal team
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Manage content schedules and shoot dates
- Follow up with clients for approvals and feedback
- Coordinate with editors, designers, videographers, and the advertising team
- Track pending tasks and revisions
- Assist in preparing monthly client reports
- Maintain an organized workflow across projects

Requirements
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,415.54 - ₹25,000.00 per month
