Role Description The Operations Executive role at Yumm Tumm is a full time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam. This role is responsible for coordinating daily meal box operations, including order processing, scheduling, and tracking deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Executive will collaborate with home chefs, logistics partners, and corporate clients to manage inventory, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality standards.



The role includes monitoring key operational metrics, optimizing workflows, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. This position also involves handling customer queries related to operations, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to smooth execution of corporate meal programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows and corporate meal delivery processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with home chefs, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and support operational decision-making.
- Relevant experience in food services, logistics, or corporate catering operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in business, operations, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
