Job Summary

We are a 36 year old Die Casting company (GDC, HPDC, LPDC) with machining and powder coating located in Narsapur Industrial Area near Honda. We have an opening for a hands on Operations Head to grow the team and manage all the Operations, Business Development, Production activities in the company apart from modernising the plant.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operations - running of the company

- Business Development - responsible for growth of the company

- Thorough Die Casting knowledge

- Lean manufacturing

- Cost control

- Improved productivity and OEE

- Modernization of the plant, IOT experience

- Updated training facilities

- IATF

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Min 20 years experience in Gravity Die Casting and HPDC

- Min 3 years experience in running Operations of the company

- Diploma/ Graduate degree

- Good communication and English skills must. Hindi is a plus

- Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Powder Coating

- Must have excellent 5S skills
