Operations Executive – UK Transportation Company

MEC & MEN is a UK-based transportation and logistics company with its back-office operations at Hilite Business Park, Calicut.

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be willing to take responsibility, learn quickly and build a long-term career in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day transportation and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients and the UK operations team.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Handle operational communications through email and phone.
- Maintain operational records, reports and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating transport requirements.
- Follow up on ongoing jobs and resolve operational issues.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – essential.




- Good computer skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work day or night shifts depending on business requirements.
- Candidates with logistics, transportation or operations experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

- Day or night shifts depending on business requirements.
- Flexibility with working hours is required.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month initially.
- Performance-based bonus for good performance.
