About OriginBluy:

OriginBluy is a leadership development company. We design and deliver executive coaching, leadership development programmes, and organisation development work for senior leaders.

Our clients include Big 4 and Big 3 consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, leading Indian conglomerates, and PSUs. We are a small team, so every role carries real responsibility from the first month.

The Role:

Our clients are senior leaders with little time and high standards. This role makes sure every interaction they have with us meets that standard.

When a senior leader works with us, the session starts on time, the message they receive is clear, and the report in front of them shows exactly where they stand. You are the person who makes that true. That is how you create value for our clients.

You will work with coaches, leaders, clients, and vendors every day. You will report to the Head Coach and to our clients. This is a high-ownership, action-driven execution role. You will be an individual contributor, and the results are yours to deliver.

We are looking for someone early in their career who works independently, writes well, is precise with detail, and is comfortable with senior leaders.

What will you do:

Your job is to make sure every client gets full value from the work we do with them. In practice, that means the following.

- Clients never have to chase us. You schedule coaching sessions, workshops, and meetings across coaches, leaders, and clients. Confirmations and reminders go out before anyone asks.
- Communication is clear and prompt. You write to clients, leaders, and coaches the way a senior professional would. You follow up until the matter is closed.
- Everyone knows where things stand.

You speak with vendors and coaches about deliverables and timelines, and you keep the client and the team updated. You send a weekly update without being asked.
- Clients can see their progress. You build the trackers, reports, and dashboards that show what is complete, what is pending, and what the feedback says.
- Details are right at any scale. You prepare invitations, letters, and certificates in Word and Excel. You use mail merge so that every name and date is correct across large groups.
- Programmes run without friction. You handle nominations, participant lists, materials, venues, travel, and feedback collection for coaching engagements and workshops.
- Decisions turn into action. You prepare agendas, capture action items, and track them to closure.
- Nothing is left pending. You follow up on vendor invoices and documentation, and you keep records current.

What will you gain?

Few roles put you this close to senior leaders this early in a career.

- Exposure. You will deal directly with senior leaders at some of the most respected organisations in India and abroad.
- Learning. You will see from the inside how coaching and leadership programmes are designed and delivered. You will work alongside experienced coaches every day.
- Ownership. Your work reaches the client directly. In a team of our size, people will know it is yours.
- A foundation. Clear writing, sound judgement with senior people,

and command over data will serve you in any career you choose next.

What you bring?

- Experience. 1 to 2 years in L&D; operations, programme coordination, or an executive assistant role.
- English. Excellent written and spoken English. You can write a transparent email to a CXO without supervision.
- Excel. Formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and charts. You can turn raw data into a report or dashboard.
- Word and mail merge. Clean formatting, templates, and mail merge for letters, invitations, and certificates.
- Email and calendar tools. Fluent use of Outlook or Google Workspace for scheduling across several calendars.
- Stakeholder confidence. You are at ease with clients and senior leaders, on email and on calls.
- Attention to detail. Names, dates, time zones, and numbers are right the first time.
- Ownership. You close loops. Nothing stays pending because nobody followed up.
- Discretion. You handle confidential client and participant information with care.
- Education. Graduate in any discipline.

Good to have:

- Experience at a consulting, training, or coaching firm, or in a corporate L&D; team.
- PowerPoint skills for clean, client-ready slides.
- Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for drafting, summarising, and data work.
- Exposure to survey and form tools such as Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.
- Experience maintaining a CRM or contact database.

How to Apply?

Send your CV and a note of not more than 150 words on why this role suits you to [email protected]. Use the subject line "Operations Executive".
