Handle complete E-Rickshaw sales and customer documentation process. Prepare, verify, and maintain loan and finance documents. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval, disbursement, and pending cases.
Maintain and track EMI, finance, and customer payment records. Coordinate police verification and required documentation. Manage RTO, registration, RC, insurance, and vehicle-related documents. Maintain battery records, serial numbers, warranty, and replacement documentation.
Prepare and maintain vehicle delivery files, invoices, receipts, and agreements. Coordinate with customers, sales team, financiers, RTO, battery companies, and vendors. Maintain daily MIS, pending-case reports, and complete physical/digital operational records.
