About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for applying to relevant job opportunities on behalf of our clients through various job portals and company career pages.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in MIS, data entry, backend operations, documentation, or similar computer-based roles who are comfortable working with data and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply to relevant job openings on behalf of clients as per their profile and requirements.
- Search and identify suitable job opportunities across different job portals and company career pages.
- Enter and update candidate/client information accurately in internal systems and portals.
- Maintain proper records of applications submitted.
- Ensure applications are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Handle basic data management and reporting related to job applications.
- Follow defined processes and application guidelines.




- Coordinate with the internal team whenever additional information or clarification is required.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency while handling client information.

Requirements

- Previous experience in MIS, Data Entry, Backend Operations, or similar roles preferred.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of computers and internet browsing.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and online portals.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
