About Us

Heion Ventures is a creative and tech agency based in Jaipur. We handle social media, websites, brand identity and our own software products for automotive brands like BMW, MINI, Tata, Skoda, Hero, Kia, Volkswagen and Toyota. We also work with leading influencers and content creators.

What You'll Do

- Show our products and services to clients through demos, presentations and walkthroughs

- Be the main contact for clients: follow up, share updates, and pass their feedback to our team

- Plan client meetings, calls and deliverable timelines

- Handle day-to-day office work: scheduling, documents, vendors, supplies and upkeep

- Help the team keep projects on track and make sure nothing gets missed

- Keep records, trackers and reports up to date

What We're Looking For

- A good grasp of technology. You should be comfortable with software, apps,



Google Workspace/Excel, and able to explain digital products simply

- Confident, clear speaking in Hindi and English

- Street smart: quick-thinking, practical, good at reading people and handling situations on your own

- Organised, reliable and proactive

- Any graduate. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome, and 0–2 years of experience in operations, client handling or sales is a plus
