Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers by managing interactions across phone calls, emails, and chat platforms, while delivering a qualified, responsive, and customer-focused experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to investigate customer concerns, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure that all queries are addressed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage customer requests from initiation to closure, maintain regular follow-ups, and provide proactive support by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate guidance and solutions.
