ABOUT THE COMPANY

Radiant Energies is a newly launched gas and fuel distribution company focused on serving commercial and industrial customers. Our operations involve coordinating fuel requirements, customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, order processing and delivery-related activities.

We are building a dedicated team to support efficient operations, reliable service and long-term customer relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer calls and enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Manage daily operational activities.
- Follow up with leads and support sales activities.
- Make telecalling and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate customer requirements and delivery-related activities.
- Maintain customer and operational records.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day business processes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good follow-up and record-maintenance skills.
- Positive, punctual and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Freshers are welcome. Sales, telecalling, operations or customer coordination experience is an advantage.
