We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join Envelop and work closely across projects, events and new business.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple projects
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external partners
- Track timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
- Support event planning and on-ground execution
- Assist with pitches, proposals and presentations
- Travel frequently for projects, meetings and events
- Take ownership and ensure things get done
What we’re looking for:
- Organised, proactive and quick on your feet
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment
- Open to frequent travel
