Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and active Operations Field Officer to manage and coordinate our day-to-day Packers & Movers operations.

The person will be responsible for coordinating packing teams, drivers, vehicles, loading and unloading activities, customer requirements and ensuring that every shifting job is completed smoothly and on time.

This is a field + coordination role and requires travelling to customer locations and supervising moving operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations

- Coordinate and supervise daily shifting and packing jobs
- Visit customer locations when required
- Coordinate packers, helpers and drivers
- Ensure teams reach the customer location on time
- Arrange vehicles according to job requirements
- Monitor loading, transportation and unloading
- Ensure proper handling of household and office items
- Check packing quality and safety procedures
- Coordinate intercity and local moving operations

Customer Coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding job schedules and requirements
- Confirm pickup and delivery details
- Handle routine customer queries during the shifting process
- Update customers about delays or changes
- Escalate major complaints or issues to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction after completion of the job

Team Management
- Allocate workers according to each job
- Maintain a database of packers, helpers and drivers
- Monitor attendance and performance
- Ensure workers follow company procedures
- Coordinate replacement workers when someone is unavailable
- Maintain discipline and professional behaviour at customer locations

Job Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily job schedules
- Update booking and operations status
- Record job completion details
- Collect customer confirmation/POD where required
- Report damages,



delays or complaints immediately
- Submit daily operations reports to management
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payments and pending amounts

Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage field teams
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Sheets
- Ability to work under time-sensitive situations
- Good customer-handling skills
- Basic understanding of transportation and moving operations
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits
- Responsible and trustworthy attitude

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Packers & Movers, Logistics, Transportation, Delivery, Field Operations or a similar role
- Experience managing workers or field teams is an advantage
- Knowledge of local routes and transportation is preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
