Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate a team of 5–7 members.

- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and daily progress.

- Take complete ownership of team deliverables and outcomes.

- Ensure examination-related work, records, and documents are completed accurately and on time.

- Maintain high-quality standards with a strong focus on zero-error work.

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

- Handle issues and challenges calmly and make practical decisions.

- Guide, support, and motivate team members.

- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.

- Maintain confidentiality, discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.

- Ensure all examination activities follow defined processes and deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- 2–5 years of experience in team handling,



administration, academic operations, examination coordination, or a similar role.

- Experience managing a team of 5+ members preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong time-management and follow-up skills.

- Calm, humble, positive, and professional attitude.

- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹30,994.52 - ₹35,109.24 per month
