- Manage day-to-day security operations across all client locations.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and arrange immediate replacements for absentees.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor security personnel.
- Coordinate with clients regarding operational requirements, complaints, and issues.
- Supervise Security Supervisors, Field Officers, and Security Guards.
- Ensure guards follow SOPs, post orders, discipline, and client instructions.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower requirements.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and client complaints.
- Coordinate recruitment, deployment, induction, and training of security personnel.
- Ensure statutory and client-specific compliance documents are maintained.
- Monitor guard performance, grooming, discipline, and overall service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports/MIS.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
