Job Title : Operation Manager The role involves managing day-to-day MEP service operations, coordinating Technicians and Agency Partners, monitoring service quality and team performance, handling operational issues, and ensuring smooth and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily MEP operations across assigned clusters and projects.

- Allocate resources and monitor service quality, progress, KPIs, and SLAs.

- Handle major incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.

- Coordinate with Agency Partners, Technicians, Call Centre, and internal teams.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development.

- Monitor team performance and manage employee-related escalations.

- Conduct technical, customer service, and platform training.

- Oversee operational budgets, partner settlements, and cost efficiency.

- Prepare operational reports and maintain required documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and applicable regulations





Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.

- 5–10 years’ experience in MEP, Project Management, or Service Coordination.

- Gulf return candidates with relevant experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and services.

- Positive leadership, project management, and team-handling skills.

- Excellent Malayalam and English communication.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Customer-focused with knowledge of SOP development and implementation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
