Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager – ReUnited role based in Gurugram.

Candidates must have prior experience in the real estate industry. Real estate industry experience is a key requirement for this role. Experience working with real estate brokers, channel partners, developers, or other real estate professionals will be highly relevant.

The Operations Manager will work closely with our franchises and member real estate brokers, coordinating activities related to partner and member acquisition and day-to-day operations. The role will also serve as a single point of contact for partners and members across India, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and execution.

Key responsibilities include coordinating broker events, building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, tracking progress on client development plans, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also requires the manager to identify strategic opportunities for engagement, understand and address member and partner requirements, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- Prior work experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Experience working with real estate brokers, channel partners, developers, real estate consultants, or other real estate professionals is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, operations,



relationship management, business development, or a related function.
- Solid relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with real estate professionals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives, broker activities, and events.
- Leadership and team management skills to guide team members and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.
- Proficiency in using business management tools and systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with consulting or business coaching sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage operations efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are specifically looking for a professional who understands the real estate industry and has hands-on experience working with real estate stakeholders. Candidates with experience in broker relationships, channel partner management, real estate business development, or real estate operations will be particularly relevant for this role.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
