Operations Manager

Role: Operations Manager

Experience: 5–10 years in Operations / Hospitality / Retail / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.

- Plan and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Lead and supervise operational teams and ensure proper manpower utilization.

- Monitor daily targets, KPIs, productivity, and overall performance.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor operational costs, expenses, wastage, and resource utilization.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure company policies, SOPs, quality, safety, and compliance standards are followed.

- Handle customer/client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Manage vendors, suppliers, and external service providers when required.

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports for management.

- Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Skills:

- Strong operations and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Good planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of SOPs, KPIs, cost control, and process improvement.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/operations software.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.

- Target-oriented and organized approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
