Operations Executive – Advertising Department

Location: Kochi | Experience: 0–3 Years | Employment: Full time Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns and coordinate between clients, sales and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate advertising campaigns from booking to execution.
- Manage client requirements, creatives, approvals and campaign timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Creative and Operations teams.
- Maintain campaign, client and lead data in Google Sheets/CRM .
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare campaign reports and maintain documentation.
- Follow SOPs and ensure accurate campaign execution.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Requirements: Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel .
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Basic understanding of advertising/digital marketing preferred.
- Work Location - Kochi
- Interview - In office
- Salary - Upto 3 LPA (Travel Allowances, Work Based Food Allowances, Insurance)
