Minimum Qualifications

- BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in document composition with solid hands-on expertise in OpenText IDP.
- Experience developing and maintaining templates, business rules, and dynamic content for customer communications.
- Strong debugging skills with the ability to analyze composition issues and deliver reliable fixes.
- Working knowledge of SDLC practices, version control, and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain OpenText IDP templates, communications, and output packages for print and digital channels.
- Translate functional requirements into IDP design artifacts, data mappings, and composition logic.
- Build reusable components (fragments, rules, shared content) to improve consistency and reduce delivery timelines.
- Configure and validate outputs (PDF/AFP/PostScript/HTML as applicable), ensuring layout accuracy and brand compliance.
