Minimum Qualifications

- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
- 3–5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a cooperative team setting.

OpenText Exstream Development Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels. Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Document

Composition & Integration Configure document templates, data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery.

Integrate

Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and communication platforms. Support document generation, content management, and communication workflows. Testing & Support Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.

Support deployments, releases, and production migrations. Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes. Collaboration & Quality Participate in technical reviews,



Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.

Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices. Collaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions.
