Key Responsibilities

- Develop and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal systems) for business applications.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to design scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging generative AI technologies and integrate them into companies offerings.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities for clients.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI in all deployments.
- Optimize models for performance, cost efficiency, and real-world applicability.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to company AI strategy and innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks (OpenAI,



Hugging Face, Anthropic, Stability AI, etc.).
- Solid programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in applied AI within industries such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and AI ethics.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for clients.
